Vintage Glam Studio Session | Scranton Boudoir Photographer

Some shoots I get to do as a Scranton boudoir photographer are extra special. My college best friend’s vintage glam studio session is one of them! We both majored in graphic design in college and moved apart after we graduated. The distance made it hard to stay in contact and we lost touch. I was so thrilled when she booked her session and we reconnected! 

After looking over our six different studios, she chose the vintage glam studio. It is full of plush furniture, red velvet curtains, romantic candlelight, pearls, and ALLLLL the sultry vibes. Anyone would feel luxurious in this space! 

When she arrived, she was feeling a little nervous, but super excited for the experience. We chose a two-piece, dark green lace lingerie set from my client wardrobe that was stunning on her and fit the vibes of the studio perfectly. She looked like an absolute goddess in front of the camera. 

Like a lot of moms, she had some insecurities about her body after having kids. Even though she felt good about herself, the session pushed her out of her comfort zone. I hear from so many clients that they are afraid of what they will look like in their photos, or that they are worried all their flaws will be front and center in their pictures. I am here to tell you that I have yet to have a client who was not absolutely stunned to see themselves looking so confident and sexy in their photos. There is something about taking that leap into something uncomfortable and discovering that you have every reason in the world to feel confident and proud of the body you have. 

It is such an honor to help women feel empowered, embrace their body, and leave my studio feeling confident in their own skin.
